I'll take care of you

I like the fact that the hands come out from the shadow and that the only sharp object is the teddy bear. It enhances and underlines the idea of "giving". It also adds a note of "care" and "love" to the picture as the arms which give the teddy look shy and tender.

The black-white profile of the shot is good and lets the viewer focus directly on the subject, without further unnecessary details. It also adds a note of drama and elegance to the picture.
From the "colors" point of view, I find the photo has a balanced structure, with even dark and light regions.

I also like the light and composition of the photo. Even though central, I am more drawn to the head of the teddy, making it for a nice focus point.
I'm not sure how the picture would have looked if the teddy would be off-centered, but I like this variant quite much.
